Very little supporting evidence for humans<\/p><p>Resveratrol. No evidence in humans.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Glucosamine, Chondroitin. No better than placebo<\/p><p>Ashwagandha. Like some people need B12 injections and not just tablets. Introduce things one at a time so you know what actually helps you.
